 Organizational Structure:
 The apex organ of the Agency is the Board of Directors that comprises 15 members. 12 are elected grower representatives, each representing a catchment area operationally referred to as a Zone and three Executive Directors (Managing Director, Operations Director and Finance & strategy Director) represent Management. The Chairman and Board Committee Chairmen are elected from the grower representatives.
